The 2023 Korean Basketball League Playoffs are in full swing. Anyang KGC and Changwon LG Sakers have a first-round bye after respectively finishing first and second during the regular season. Third-place Seoul SK Knights are battling sixth-place Jeonju KCC Egis, while fourth-place Ulsan Hyundai Mobis Phoebus are taking on fifth-place Goyang Carrot Jumpers in the other playoff matchup. -         This is the fifth time SK Knights and KCC Egis face off in the KBL playoffs.

-         Ulsan head coach Yang Dong Geun has won the most KBL championships in league history (6); Ham Ji Hoon is tied for second with Choo Seung Gyun (5).
